For information on cancellations and refunds, please see our Refunds Policy page on this site. This does not affect your statutory rights.
The following information alongside the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, of Your North Star Coach ("we", "us", "our") explains the terms on which our products (workbooks, merchandise) and services (coaching, workshops, meetings) are supplied to you.
Application and changes to this Policy
The following information alongside the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Goods and Services Policy, of Your North Star Coach ("we", "us", "our") explains the terms on which our products (workbooks, merchandise) and services (coaching, workshops, meetings) can be returned and/or refunded. It is our responsibility to supply you with goods and services that meet your consumer rights. If you have any concerns that we have not met our legal obligations please contact us at admin@yournorthstarcoach.co.uk
i) You have notified us within 14 days of purchase and returned any products to us within a further 14 days
ii) All Products and Services must be in the condition supplied (i.e. not used or not accessed, in the case of coaching sessions)
iii) Any postage paid for Products returned will be at your own cost and risk
3. At our discretion, you may be entitled to a partial refund should you not meet the above criteria.
4. All refunds will be processed within 7 days, through your original payment method. When returning products this will be 7 days from us receiving your return.
5. If you decide at a later date (after 14 days from purchase), that you do not wish to complete the course, no refund will be given. If you are unsure, we advise
that you book the free 'Is it for me?' consultation before purchasing.
6. Services that have been confirmed with a date and time, can be rearranged at no charge if you have given us a minimum of 24 hours notice. Less than 24
hours notice will incur a £10 charge.
